How to Get Help
To use our support site tap on the Support Home button at the top of the page. Our most popular articles are listed on the Support Home page under the Most Popular Answers section. If the answers on the front page do not address your problem, type keywords in the search bar to find relevant answers.
Please make sure your keywords are specific. For example, if you are unable to connect to the mobile network, typing in "connection problem" or "no data connection" is a better option then typing in "tech support" or "phone does not work".
Check out our Forums
Our Forums are an excellent resource for support. They are frequented by a community of FreedomPop representatives, experts and experienced customers, offering helpful suggestions and answering questions.
If you have a question, need help with a device error or technical problem, or simply want to hear other's opinions about our products and services, please check out our Forums.
How to speak to a Representative
If our support pages and our forums do not resolve your problem, you can contact us directly. We are available 7 days a week by email. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must have a paid plan, or paid service added to your FreedomPop account to speak with a live representative.
To sign up for a paid plan or service:
Step 1) Log into your account my.freedompop.com
Step 2) For plans, go to the Plans category and click one the available plans to upgrade.
Step 3) For services, go to the Services category and click one of the available Value Added Services to enroll.
If you do not want to upgrade your account, you can still send us an email. Visit our contact page to open a Support Ticket.
If you have trouble logging in:
Step 1) Clear your browser history.
Step 2) Log in from my.freedompop.com. Click the Log In button in the top right corner of the screen and enter your email address and password.
Step 3) Once you have logged in, go to uk.support.freedompop.com/app/ask and try to submit your request again.
