How do I check my current voice/text/data usage?

Check Usage Records Online

If you are checking your account information online you will need to complete the following steps:

Step 1) Log in at

Step 2) Then click on the Usage tab from the blue bar at the top of the page.

Step 3) From here you can switch between your usage records for calls, text messages, data usage, or international calling.


Open the FreedomPop Messaging app

Tap Messaging on the top left-hand corner


iPhone / iOS

Step 1) Open the FreedomPop application and click on My Account

Step 2) Next, tap on Plan Information

Step 3) From here you can view all of your remaining minutes, messages and MBs.
